Two-Fold Freedom
An American is recognized and protected under a common-law tradition in which law is king, not men, and households are secured by due process and limited government. A Christian is born, formed, and governed under the Holy Spirit of divine law, and perfected in living union with Jesus Christ, the King of freedom.
These jurisdictions are not in conflict. Common law protects the household externally as a civil good for all families. Divine law governs the heart internally, producing ordered liberty through obedience to Christ. When rightly ordered, civil liberty restrains tyranny, and spiritual liberty restores self-government.
Therefore, we labor to resurrect family government under common law and Christian household embassies under divine law—households trained to plan, execute, and judge faithfully under the King.

Evidence is presented in the Case File following the charter.
Christian self-government, as defined in our Governing Charter, is not a theory.
A household ordered under false presuppositions was reconstructed through repentance, disciplined obedience, and renewal of the mind. As Christ’s Kingship was applied in practice, authority became clear, responsibility replaced confusion, and liberty emerged as self-government rather than autonomy.
The resulting order did not depend on personalities or circumstances, but on alignment with governing law. What was restored in one household may be learned, practiced, and embodied in others.
